You'll need to select the units and save them to your cart. You can modify your purchase at any time, either by changing or removing units.
To complete the purchase of a Cristina Castañer product, you must access your cart by registering with a username and password. You can register before adding the desired products to your shopping bag or later, once you wish to validate the order.
Payment, made through a secure server, can be made using bank cards or PayPal.
Charges will be made online, in real time, through the corresponding financial institution's payment gateway, once the information has been verified to be correct.
If the transaction has been confirmed, it will indicate that the transaction has been accepted immediately. You can check it on the website and track your order at any time.

Are all the products on the website available?
Please note that even if you add an item to your cart, it is not reserved until payment confirmation is received. It may happen that during the purchase period, the item is purchased by another customer who pre-ordered the item.

RETURNS
How do I return an item?
Please contact us to inform us of the return. You can choose between our carrier or yours to collect the package. To successfully return the package, follow these steps:
1.- Send an email to mybestysbycristinacastaner@gmail.com informing the model to be returned.
2.- Indicate the reason for the return.
3.- Choose the method you prefer to make the return:
With our logistics system: We'll send a quote for pickup. The pickup fee will be deducted from the return cost.
With the logistics system you prefer: you can choose the transportation system that is most convenient for you.
4.- You can then arrange the pickup date and time with the chosen logistics system. In the next few days, you will receive your refund in the same way you made your purchase.
The timeframe for the refund to become effective depends on your bank, not cristinacastañer.com.
What is the deadline for making a return?
The return period is 14 days from the shipping confirmation email. This gives you the legally mandated time to return an item from the date you receive your order.
